Dock Swap Program
Some tenants have expressed interest in trading slips with boats in different areas of
Puget Sound . If you qualify and would like to exchange your slip with one of our tenants, please call our office. We will take your information and contact our interested tenants.
To qualify for this Dock Swap Program you must have the following:
- Your “Tip to Tip” vessel length must not exceed the slip size plus 2 feet
- You must provide proof of $300,000 liability insurance on your vessel
- You must complete a sublease application form with the host tenant
- Have dockage available in the
Tacoma / South Sound area, Everett/Mid-Sound area, or Blaine/North Sound area
